A compact, high-performance electric heat-treatment furnace.
The FT-230 electric hardening furnace will satisfy all knife makers. Like the other Prederi Vittorio & Figli hardening furnaces, the FT-230 hardening furnace reaches the maximum temperature of 1100°C in about 20 minutes and maintains it precisely and evenly. It is therefore suitable for the heat treatment of the vast majority of carbon and stainless steel grades commonly used in knifemaking. The FT-230 heat-treatment kiln takes up very little space: it measures 430 x 310 x 470 mm, and weighs only 20 kilos: very easy to fit into a knifemaker's workshop! The dimensions of its internal chamber (230 mm deep x 100 mm wide x 80 mm high) make it ideal for heat treatment of small blades and parts.

The FT-230 electric tempering furnace is designed to be plugged into a household outlet: with a power of 1.4 Kw, it is energy efficient.
Easy to program and use.
The kilns manufactured by Prederi Vittorio & Figli have in common that they are easy to use: each kiln ordered is delivered with its user manual (in English), as well as its certificate of conformity and its test results dated and signed by the company. The FT-230 hardening furnaces will be shipped free of charge to the delivery address you will have entered in your customer area. You just have to choose "Free shipment of heat treatment furnace" when placing your order: Eurotechni takes care of the rest! After receipt of your order, the tempering furnaces are tested, prepared and dispatched on approximately D+3 (working days). Delivery times in Europe are about one to two week after dispatch of the pallet. The logistics used for the shipment of the hardening furnaces being different from our usual packages, slight additional delays may be necessary: we will not fail to inform you!
