Take a gentle introduction to cutlery, and assemble your own Gyuto knife yourself with our Home Blade kit, containing everything you need to make it! Delivered in a cardboard box, the kit includes the following items: :
- A Gyuto blade, already hardened and polished, in Swedish 14C28N steel;;
- Stainless steel rods for assembling the handle;;
- A pair of natural wood scales (species depending on availability);
- Assembly instructions.
The critical step of heat-treating the Gyuto blade has already been completed: all that's left is to assemble your own Japanese knife, following the instructions, and customise it to your own taste!
