Would you like to save time in the workshop and start making small series of knives? We're pleased to offer you ready-to-assemble batches of Gyuto Japanese knife blades! Each batch contains :
- Three Gyuto Japanese knife blades, in 14C28N Swedish steel, already hardened and polished;
- Stainless steel rods for assembling your handles.
Our Gyuto Japanese knife blades have already been heat-treated (hardened and tempered). All you have to do now is assemble your Gyuto knives and personalise them as you wish.
Please note: our Gyuto sets are delivered without assembly instructions.
