A silhouette that's instantly recognisable! Simply make your own French-style kitchen knife yourself with our Home Blade "Chef 15" kit! Delivered in a cardboard box, it contains everything you need to assemble your own chef's knife:
- A "Chef 15" kitchen knife blade in 14C28N Swedish steel, hardened and polished;;
- Stainless steel rods for assembling the handle;;
- A pair of natural wood scales (depending on availability) for the handle;
- Assembly instructions.
The critical and essential heat treatment stage (tempering and tempering) has already been carried out on the Chef 15. All you have to do now is assemble the various parts of the kit to create your very own chef's knife, and personalise it as you wish!
